How to check JPay transaction history for your money transfer is easy, just follow a simple guide below.
1. Go to JPay.com then click the Send Money menu.
2. Then select Transfer History
The recent statement of your transfer is in the item row of transfer history list that you can click.
Each completed transaction, JPay always gives you a unique number in form “Transaction ID (Confirmation number)”. Make sure you save it for future purposes.
You can request all documents relating to all transactions to the company by sending request to JPay email: support@JPay.com
NOTE: This case is very rare, but if you get a message “Your transaction will be processed later” it means the Payment Processor is experiencing a little problem making it difficult to connect with your credit card. If this happens, please wait a while until the system successfully debiting this payment or should you directly contact the JPay Customer Service, found here. Remember! Do not make the second payment so that your credit card is not charged twice.
How to Cancel Transaction
If you want to cancel the transaction for any reason, please find the “Cancel” button in the “Transanction History” menu, but if there is no cancel button means that money can no longer be canceled because the status has been successfully transfered to the inmate account.
